APPLICATIONS – BLOWING AGENT IN POLYURETHANE FOAM FORMULATIONS

  • With emphasis on environmental impacts, HCFC-141b (Dichlorofluoroethane) is becoming uncommon in the market and must be phased out worldwide.

  • Methylal is used either as a substitute or combination in the formulations of polyurethane foams.

  • High solvent strength to solubilise active ingredients and stabilize overall formulation
