Duro Kimia is the supplier of high performance KATHON™ WT water treatment microbiocide from LANXESS. It is a highly concentrated Isothiazolinone combo with up to a concentration of 14% active ingredient. The KATHON WT is registered under the Malaysian Pesticide Board.

KATHON WT biocide is a mixture of 2 types of Isothiazolinones:

(CMIT) 5-chloro-2 methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one – [CAS NO: 26172-55-4]

(MIT) 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one – [CAS NO: 2682-20-4]
